What is Funding?

Funding your trust is the process of transferring your assets to your trust.   This is achieved through re-titling assets and changing beneficiary designations.   

The funding process can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process.  It often involves challenges because governmental entities and other institutions change their requirements for requests without notice, they have employee turnover, and, in general, a marketplace that appears at times overwhelmed with work.   Our goal is to fully fund your trust for the least cost possible keeping in line with the design of your plan.
